Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fender pads have light weight, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, aging resistance, low friction coefficient, no toxicity, no pollution, no adhesion to foreign matter, absorption of shock and noise, and excellent performance. It is the best material to replace metal materials such as steel, copper and aluminum. It can effectively prevent the impact of hull and anti-shock plate, rubber fender and dock due to ultra-violet radiation and hull impact. Its impact strength is 20 times that of polyvinyl chloride, 10 times that of nylon 66, and 8 times that of polytetrafluoroethylene. It has wide applicability and can also be used as a ship anti-collision device.
