Introduction of mechanical structure
1.Gantry structure, the platform is stationary, and the Gantry frame is moved.
2.The frame is welded by rectangular tube (250X100X10mm) and finishing after stress released treatment.
3.Using ballscrews and linear guider from Taiwan PMI for all X, Y, Z axis
4.Dual X axis using dual ballscrew with drive nut.
5. Using R+W coupling direct connection technology from Germany connect servo motor and ballscrew, with this coupling, the rigidity and positioning accuracy will be very good.
6. Z axis ballscrew adopts Taiwan double support seat, ball screw Z axis on both sides using a set of back-to-back angular contact thrust ball bearing support.
